By accessing or using Groprompt (“we”, “us”, or the “marketplace”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You may need an account to access member features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.
VIP Membership
Access to the full prompt library is provided through time-limited VIP memberships (1 Day, 30 Day, 365 Day, and Forever plans). Membership is a one-time purchase per plan: it grants access for the stated period and does not renew automatically and never auto-charges your payment method. Purchasing a new membership while one is active extends your access period. Membership covers viewing and copying prompts for personal and commercial projects, subject to the license below.
Prompt License
When your membership unlocks a prompt, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the prompt for any purpose, except: (1) you may not use prompts for harmful, illegal, or malicious activities; (2) you may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the prompts themselves without our written consent.
Intellectual Property
All prompts on the marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective creators. You do not acquire ownership of any prompt by using it. Generated images created with the prompts are governed by the terms of the AI tool you use (for example, Midjourney’s own service terms).
Prohibition of Web Scraping
You are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, including crawlers, scrapers, or bots, to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the marketplace or its content. Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
User Content and Conduct
If you submit content to the site, you warrant that you have the rights to do so. You agree not to engage in activities that are harmful, harassing, or offensive, or that violate the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines at our discretion.
Purchases and Refunds
Prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The marketplace and its content are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that prompts will meet your requirements or that the service will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is registered. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
