What Your Notice Must Include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on groprompt.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review complete notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the removed material and stating, under penalty of perjury, that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
