Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information Groprompt collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Terms of use are covered separately in our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
- Account information: when you register, we store your username and email address.
- Order information: when you purchase a membership, we store the order record. Card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, approximate location, and device type, so we can improve the site.
- Server logs: our CDN and hosting providers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and performance.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, though login convenience will be reduced.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate your account, process orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
We share data only with service providers that help run the site: our payment processor (for orders), our email service (for support replies), Google Analytics, our CDN, and our cloud storage provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the European Union or California, you also have rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, which we honor through the same email.
Children
The marketplace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below.
